Any repetitive exercise involving large muscle groups. Aerobic exercises increases the body's demands for oxygen and adds to the workload of the heart and lungs, strengthening the human system and helping to develop endurance. It involves stretching and improves flexibility of the body. It should only be done under a trained instructor.
